The X-ADV Spirit, Still Unique

Since its introduction in 2016, the Honda X-ADV has redefined two-wheel standards with its hybrid concept, halfway between scooter and adventure motorcycle. Combining urban comfort, practicality and a taste for adventure, it has established itself as a benchmark on the European market. In 2026, Honda opts for a subtle evolution of the model, already extensively updated in 2025.

A Smooth Evolution

After last year’s aesthetic and technological overhaul, the X-ADV 2026 retains the major innovations introduced in 2025: sharper design, dual LED headlights with daytime running lights integrating the turn indicators, a 5-inch colour TFT display and Honda RoadSync connectivity.

For 2026, Honda simply refines the experience with an even smoother DCT transmission at low speed and some ergonomic adjustments, such as the one-hand-adjustable windscreen with three positions.

A More Responsible Approach

The 2026 model year increases the use of bio-sourced and recycled materials. The fairing and windscreen use Durabio plastic from biomass, while other parts come from recycled materials from Honda’s automotive production. An approach already initiated in 2025, strengthening the brand’s commitment to sustainability.

Optimised Comfort and Ergonomics

The X-ADV 2026 retains the redesigned seat, more welcoming thanks to foam that is 10% denser. Its shape makes it easier to place the feet on the ground and simplifies daily handling. The upright riding position, typical of adventure bikes, offers excellent visibility.

The 22-litre storage compartment with USB-C port, glovebox, Smart Key, cruise control and automatic indicators remain part of the equipment.

An Unchanged, Efficient Engine

The X-ADV keeps its 745 cm³ twin-cylinder engine delivering 43.1 kW (58 hp) and 69 Nm of torque, known for its reliability and low fuel consumption (3.6 L/100 km). A 35 kW version remains available for A2 licence holders. Paired with the DCT gearbox, the engine provides smooth riding both in urban areas and on the road.

A Solid and Versatile Chassis

The chassis remains unchanged: steel tubular frame, 41 mm upside-down fork, Pro-Link rear shock and 17/15-inch wheels. The X-ADV maintains excellent stability and the ability to tackle light off-road tracks.

The dual front disc brakes, ABS, three-level HSTC traction control and four riding modes (Standard, Sport, Rain, Gravel) ensure optimal control in all conditions.

A New Special Edition

The main new feature for 2026 is the arrival of the “Tricolore” special edition, a tribute to the Honda Adventure range. This white, blue and red colour scheme joins the existing black, matte grey and white colours.

In Summary: A Well-Controlled Update

The Honda X-ADV 2026 does not aim to reinvent itself, but to refine an already mature concept. Fewer major changes, more attention to detail: a coherent philosophy for a model that remains at the top of its category—versatile, comfortable and stylish.
